1. Grant of License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the PDF document(s) provided on our website (“Resource”) solely for personal, educational, training, or noncommercial purposes that align with our nonprofit mission. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Patch Our Planet regarding your use of the Resource and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
