Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To equip and empower churches to best care for children in foster care and orphans globally by providing long-term solutions through our custom orphan care strategies and valuable resources.

Our Vision

To work towards a world where every church in every community is caring for every orphan.

Early in our journey, we joined the Christian Alliance for Orphans in an effort to provide another layer of accountability to our ministry and to join hands with Kingdom-hearted partners. In 2012, we were invited to sit on the International Adoption Panel at the White House. During our time at the White House, we talked about why the church is the best solution to the orphan crisis and highlighted the need to equip every church in every community in order to care for every orphan. After years of working with church partners and attending orphan conferences, we discovered that there was a real disconnect, or silent gap, between orphan advocates and leaders in many churches.

This gap would become our focus.

Now, with a focused intensity, we equip pastors and church leaders to lead orphan care ministries under their own church’s vision. Our process brings passionate advocates and church leaders together under one unified visionThe church benefits, the community benefits, and most importantly, local and global orphans benefit. We accomplish all of this without putting undue pressure on pastors to lead “yet another great ministry”. We know they are often responsible for the oversight of every ministry in the church. So, with the approval and oversight of church leadership, we equip the saints to do the work of the ministry. (Eph 4:12)

Our custom orphan care strategies are helping churches focus on a child-centered approach to effectively care for local and global orphans.
We are convinced that one well-trained church becomes a beacon of light in a community. Other churches often follow their example. This drives to our ultimate solution —church networks of care. These networks are growing all across the country and in many places around the world. More churches and organizations are now working together on behalf of the orphan than ever before. We want it to work where you live and minister too.
